Whether you’re looking to improve movement quality, support training recovery, or address specific areas of restriction, these sessions offer flexible, personalized care tailored to your needs and training demands. Services are available as one-time bookings or recurring sessions.

45 minutes | 2–5 athletes
Description:
Coach-led mobility session focused on movement quality, sport-specific range of motion, and recovery. Emphasis on hips, ankles, T-spine, shoulders, and hamstrings to support performance and reduce injury risk. All athletes move together.
45 minutes total | 1–2 athletes
Description:
Hands-on assisted stretching focused on post-training recovery, tissue release, and restoring range of motion. Sessions are individualized based on training load and positional demands.
90 minutes total | 1-2 athletes
Description:
Performance + recovery session combining coached mobility with hands-on assisted stretching. Designed for athletes who want a more comprehensive recovery experience.
