Our goal is to partner with schools through seasonal contracts, providing consistent recovery support for your athletes during the season. However, we also offer as-needed bookings for teams who may not want to commit to a full-season contract but still want access to recovery support before, during, or after competitions.
*One session per week is our standard, but multiple days can be requested.
Weekly: 1-hour session — Teams prioritizing ongoing mobility, recovery, and performance
Bi-weekly: 1-hour session — Teams easing into structured recovery
Exclusive 2-Hour Session: Available as a weekly or bi-weekly option
Designed for teams with 30+ athletes, this 2-hour session follows the same structure as the Recovery & Reset Day, providing both group-led mobility and hands-on assisted stretching for a larger roster.
Please note: This package is not limited to large teams, but the extended 2-hour format is particularly beneficial for teams with larger rosters compared to a standard 1-hour session.
Group-Led Stretch & Mobility: Guided team session to improve range of motion and control through the full range.
Assisted Stretching: 1-on-1 hands-on work for 4–6 athletes per session. Ideal for starters, high-risk, or athletes just returning from an injury.
Hybrid Model: Combination of group-led + 2–3 assisted stretches per session.
As-needed sessions can be scheduled during the week or on weekends, making it easy to fit Coreline support around practices, games, or tournament schedules. Whether your team needs a mid-season recovery boost or a pre-game activation session, these as-needed sessions ensure athletes stay prepared, healthy, and performing at their best
*In-contract teams receive a loyalty rate for competition services. To guarantee availability for this service, desired dates must be included in seasonal contracts. The team covers lodging and transportation for out-of-state competitions.

Partial Day Service: Up to 2 hours of hands-on work on-site
This session provides flexible, targeted recovery and performance support for teams outside of seasonal contracts. Each 1-hour session is structured using one of our three models:
Group-Led Stretch & Mobility: Team-wide guided stretches and mobility exercises to enhance range of motion, reduce soreness, and improve overall performance.
Assisted Stretching: One-on-one attention for 4–6 athletes at a time, focusing on individualized needs to maximize flexibility, muscle release, and injury prevention.
Hybrid Model: Combines group-led mobility with assisted stretching to balance team efficiency with personalized care.
This extended 2-hour session is designed for teams or programs looking for a deeper recovery experience. The focus is on restorative stretching, mobility work, and/or 1-on-1 assisted stretches for athletes, ensuring individualized attention even in larger groups.
Athletes will experience:
Targeted muscle release to reduce soreness and improve range of motion
Activation and recovery techniques tailored to each athlete’s needs
Improved posture and alignment to enhance performance and reduce injury risk
Education on self-care strategies to carry into practice, games, and at-home recovery
This session is ideal for mid-season recovery, post-competition reset, or high-intensity training blocks, giving athletes the time and guidance to reset their bodies, optimize movement, and perform at their best.
