At Coreline, our mission is simple: to bridge the gap between flexibility and performance.
Every athlete knows flexibility matters, but few understand why or how it directly impacts strength, control, and injury prevention. That’s where we come in. Coreline provides structured stretch and mobility programs that train muscles to perform with control throughout their full range of motion. Our goal is to help athletes move efficiently, recover faster, and perform at their highest potential.
As a former Division I track and field athlete and a member of Bullis School’s nationally recognized track team, I experienced the demands of elite-level athletics firsthand. While these programs provided excellent coaching and training, structured mobility and recovery support were not yet fully integrated.
That experience sparked the creation of Coreline — a program built to provide today’s athletes with the tools for structured mobility, recovery, and performance enhancement that I wished were available during my competitive years.
With a background in Health Education and certifications in Assisted Stretching and Corrective Exercise, I’ve studied how the body’s movement system functions, adapts, and recovers. Coreline’s methods are rooted in science and designed to complement team training programs, not replace them. We educate athletes on how to maintain mobility, activate stabilizing muscles, and recover intentionally so they can stay healthy and perform with confidence all season long.
Coreline partners with high school athletic programs through seasonal team contracts, offering structured flexibility and recovery programs that support performance longevity. We also provide as-needed recovery sessions for teams outside of contract periods.
At every level, our approach is about connection. Connecting athletes to their bodies, coaches to better-performing teams, and flexibility to performance.
When athletes move well, they play well — and that’s the Coreline standard.
