How Coreline Works With Teams
At Coreline, our process is designed to make performance and recovery support simple, professional, and effective for every program. From your first demo session to your customized contract, we ensure a smooth experience that fits seamlessly into your team’s training schedule.
We begin by offering a complimentary 30-minute demo session for your team. This gives coaches and athletes a firsthand look at Coreline’s assisted stretch and mobility methods, highlighting how flexibility connects directly to athletic performance.
After the demo, we meet briefly with the coaching staff to discuss observations, performance goals, and how Coreline can support your athletes throughout the season.
Next, we schedule a short meeting with your Athletic Director to outline Coreline’s role within your athletic department and discuss program integration options.
Following our conversation, we send an email with contract options and clear next steps. We offer flexible seasonal contracts and as-needed services to match each team’s needs.
Once the contract is confirmed, we collaborate with coaches to customize session formats, focus areas, and scheduling around practices and competitions.
Coreline begins on-site sessions focused on improving range of motion, stability, and recovery efficiency. Every session is tailored to enhance athletic performance and reduce injury risk.
We maintain open communication with coaching staff to track progress, make adjustments as needed, and ensure athletes are getting the most from every session.
Improved control and strength through greater ranges of motion
Enhanced recovery and muscle activation between practices and games
Education on body awareness and injury prevention
A consistent, professional recovery presence throughout the season
How long are the sessions?
Our standard sessions are one hour long. We also offer an exclusive two-hour session ideal for teams with 30 or more athletes, allowing for more individualized attention and deeper recovery work.
Do you need our training facility, or do you bring your own equipment?
Sessions take place on school grounds in open areas such as the basketball court, field, or gym space. Coreline provides all necessary equipment, but because equipment is limited, we encourage larger teams to provide yoga mats for comfort and efficiency.
How do we schedule Coreline around practices and games?
Session times are selected by the coach based on the team’s practice and game schedule. Once your preferred time slot is confirmed, Coreline designs a program tailored to that window.
Sessions after workouts focus on recovery and restoration.
Sessions between workouts (e.g., between practice and lift) emphasize activation and mobility to prepare the body for optimal performance.
If your team has a home or local away game on the same day as your session, Coreline can provide pre-game services during your designated time slot. Additional pre-game sessions outside of the agreed time may be available depending on Coreline’s schedule.
Can Coreline work with multiple sports in one season?
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage multiple sports within a school to participate during the same season. This ensures consistency across programs and helps all athletes benefit from improved mobility, control, and injury prevention.
Do you offer workshops or single-day recovery sessions?
Yes. Coreline offers single-day workshops and special recovery sessions outside of our standard contracts. These sessions are ideal for teams preparing for championships, tournaments, or returning from high-intensity training periods.
